Industrial Alkyd Coating.

Industrial coatings are specialized protective or decorative layers applied to various surfaces, such as metals, concrete, wood, and plastics, to enhance their performance, durability, and appearance. These coatings are designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, chemicals, abrasion, and extreme temperatures encountered in industrial settings. They are formulated using a combination of resins, pigments, solvents, and additives, providing characteristics like corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and weather resistance.

They are widely used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, marine, construction, and manufacturing, where protecting surfaces from degradation and extending their service life is crucial.

Super Gloss Finish.

Touch-dry in 1-2 hours.

Coverage approx. 8-10 m²/Ltr.

Industrial Synthetic Hammertone Finish.

Synthetic hammertone finish paint is a type of industrial coating that creates a unique textured appearance resembling a hammered metal surface. Also termed as Stipple Finish Paints. It is designed to provide a decorative yet durable finish for various substrates, including metals, wood, and plastics. This type of paint is formulated with synthetic resins and pigments, along with special additives that create the distinct hammered texture during the drying process. The resulting finish has a rough, irregular pattern with raised areas and indentations, giving it a rugged and industrial look.

Synthetic hammertone finishes offer excellent abrasion resistance, making them suitable for high-traffic areas or surfaces subjected to wear and tear. They are also resistant to moisture, chemicals, and corrosion, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. These paints can be applied using various methods, such as spraying or brushing, and are available in a range of colors to suit different aesthetic preferences. Hammertone finishes are commonly used on metal furniture, machinery parts, automotive components, and decorative items where a unique and durable textured finish is desired.

Industrial Synthetic Powdercoating Finish.

Synthetic enamel powder coatings offer exceptional durability, resistance to chemicals, solvents, abrasion, and corrosion. They provide a high-gloss, enamel-like finish that can be customized with a wide range of colors and finishes, including metallic or textured effects.

These coatings are widely used in various industrial applications, such as coating appliances, automotive parts, architectural components, outdoor furniture, and machinery, where a durable, attractive, and long-lasting finish is required. They are also environmentally friendly as they do not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) found in traditional liquid paints.

GP thinner, also known as general-purpose thinner or paint thinner, is a solvent-based liquid used in the paint industry for thinning and cleaning purposes. It is a mixture of various solvents, typically including aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and ketones.

The primary uses of GP thinner are:

  1. Paint thinning: It is used to reduce the viscosity of oil-based paints, enamels, lacquers, and varnishes, making them easier to apply and improving their flow and leveling properties.

  2. Cleaning: GP thinner is effective for cleaning painting equipment, such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns, by dissolving and removing uncured paint residues.

  3. Surface preparation: It can be used for degreasing and cleaning surfaces before painting to ensure proper adhesion of the coating.

GP thinner is a versatile solvent that can be used with a wide range of oil-based coatings and is commonly found in most professional painting and coating applications. However, it is important to note that it is a flammable and hazardous material, requiring proper handling, ventilation, and safety precautions during use.
